Morgan Goudeau, Jr., becomes the sole owner, renaming it Morgan Goudeau Engineering and Land Surveying.

Firm transitions to Morgan Goudeau & Associates.

Firm was incorporated in the State of Louisiana.

Ownership acquired by Robert Wolfe, Jr. and William H. Jarrell, III, grandsons of Mr. Goudeau.
